Furlong Ledger is for adults. By subscribing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We will close any account we find to belong to someone younger and refund the unused part of the period.

What this is

Furlong Ledger publishes the complete record of a systematic horse-racing strategy, losing selections included, and sends subscribers the selections that strategy makes as it makes them.

The published record is free to read. What a subscription buys is the timing.

What this is not

• It is not betting advice, and it is not a recommendation to bet. We tell you what a strategy did and what it is doing. What you do with that is your decision and your risk.
• We take no bets and hold no money. Any bet you place is between you and whoever accepts it. We have no relationship with any bookmaker or exchange, we link to none, and we are paid by none.
• It is not a promise of profit. Past results do not predict future results. The record shows what happened; it is not a forecast. The bankroll simulator recalculates that record against numbers you choose, and its output is a historical recalculation and nothing more.

Price

€29 per month, after a 14-day free trial. The trial starts when you subscribe. If you do nothing, the subscription continues and renews monthly until you cancel. Payment is taken by Stripe.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not cut off your access. Live and the Telegram channel stay open until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your access ends and you are removed from the channel.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of subscribing. Nothing is charged inside that window in any case, because the trial covers it.

Delivery, and its limits

Signals are sent when the strategy takes a position, over Live and over Telegram. We aim to deliver them immediately and usually do.

We do not promise they will arrive, or arrive in time. That depends on your device, your network, your notification settings and services we do not control. There are two channels for exactly that reason. A signal that arrives late, or not at all, is not a breach of these terms.

A price shown in a signal is the price at the moment the strategy acted, and it may no longer be available to you.

What you may not do

Your subscription is for you. You may not share your account, resell the signals, republish them or redistribute them, whether or not you charge for it. The published record is public and you may link to it freely; the live signals are not.

We may end an account that does this, without refund.

The record

We publish the record in full, losers included, and we do not remove positions that went badly. If we ever correct a published figure, we will say what changed and why.

Ending it

You may cancel at any time, as above. We may end your subscription if you break these terms, or with reasonable notice for any other reason, refunding the unused part of the period.

Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, that does not take away the protections you have under the law of the country you live in.

Changes

If these terms change we will tell you before the change applies to you. If a change is material and you do not accept it, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.
